1. Orders and Processing

How long does it take to process my order?

For handmade items, processing takes 5–7 business days. For custom designs made to order or Printify products, processing typically takes 3–5 business days.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We strive to process orders quickly, so changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us at InspiredEssenceCo@gmail.com as soon as possible.

2. Shipping

What are your shipping rates?

We offer flat-rate shipping for $6, and free shipping on orders over $75. Orders over $150 may have additional charges. International shipping is not available. 

How long does shipping take?

Domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. International shipping is not available. 

3. Custom Orders

Can I request a custom item?

Yes! If you have a specific idea in mind, send us an email or message on social media. We’ll work with you to create something special.

How long does it take to complete a custom order?

Custom orders can take 7–10 business days to complete, depending on the complexity of the design.

4. Care Instructions

How do I care for apparel and handmade fabric items?

  • Wash items inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water. Avoid fabric softeners and air dry whenever possible. Do not iron directly on designs.
  • For cups, hand wash with mild detergent to preserve the design.

5. Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of custom and handmade items, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work to resolve it.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at InspiredEssenceCo@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.

6. Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay for eligible purchases.

 

How does Afterpay work?

Afterpay allows you to split your payment into 4 interest-free installments. It’s available for all orders.
